Important identity statement. Strong Women, Strong Life is a brand operated by Medicine Women LLC. Medicine Women LLC is the legal entity that owns and operates the website and provides the products and services described in these Terms.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.strongwomenstronglife.com and any related web pages, digital products, courses, memberships, communities, coaching programs, events, downloads, and other services offered under the Strong Women, Strong Life brand (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are owned and operated by Medicine Women LLC (“Medicine Women,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, purchasing or using a product or Service, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies or offer-specific terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
2. Description of the Services
Strong Women, Strong Life provides educational wellness content, digital resources, courses, memberships, community experiences, coaching, and related programs intended to help adults incorporate supportive nutrition, sleep, stress-management, movement, and lifestyle practices into daily life. The availability, format, features, duration, and price of a Service may vary and will be described on the applicable sales, registration, or checkout page.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
THE SERVICES PROVIDE GENERAL EDUCATIONAL AND WELLNESS INFORMATION. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
Nothing on the Site or in any product, course, membership, community, coaching session, presentation, or communication should be used as a substitute for care from a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional who knows your medical history. Your use of the Services does not create a physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare-provider relationship with Medicine Women LLC or Dr. Afsoon Ghazvinian.
Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making material changes to your diet, exercise, sleep, supplements, medication, or other health practices, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, or have concerns about symptoms. Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information provided through the Services. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Health and wellness outcomes vary. We do not guarantee weight loss, symptom improvement, disease prevention, or any specific physical, emotional, financial, or other result. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and use of the information provided.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
The Services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, safeguard your login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You may not transfer your account without our written permission.
We may refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, or remove content when we reasonably believe these Terms, another applicable policy, or the law has been violated.
5. Purchases Payments and Subscriptions
Prices, payment schedules, program duration, and included features are shown on the applicable offer or checkout page. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you select, including applicable taxes.
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, the billing frequency, renewal terms, price, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel according to the disclosed process. Any change in price or material renewal terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, refunds, credits, transfers, recurring memberships, appointments, and payment plans are governed by the Strong Women, Strong Life Cancellation and Refund Policy, the terms displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page, and any signed enrollment or coaching agreement. Offer-specific written terms presented before purchase control if they conflict with the general policy. To request assistance, email [email protected].
EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are an eligible consumer in the European Union and purchase a recurring subscription, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after your initial purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right through our Thinkific site, sign in, open Account > Billing, and select “Withdraw from contract” next to the eligible subscription. If that option is unavailable, email [email protected] with the subject line “EU Withdrawal Request” and identify the email address used for the purchase. If you validly withdraw, the subscription will be cancelled and payments received for the eligible purchase will be reimbursed within 14 days using the original payment method, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
This withdrawal right generally applies to the initial subscription purchase, not automatic renewals. Different rules may apply to one-time digital content or digital services made available immediately, including where you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose the right to withdraw after access begins. Nothing in these Terms or in our general Cancellation and Refund Policy limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Medicine Women LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information in connection with the Services. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property and Limited License
The Site and Services, including their text, course materials, videos, audio, graphics, photographs, logos, downloads, worksheets, designs, software, and arrangement, are owned by Medicine Women LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The Strong Women, Strong Life name, branding, and related logos may not be used without prior written permission.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, and revocable license to access and use purchased or freely provided materials for your own lawful, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, share login access, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, publicly display, record, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services unless we give you written permission or applicable law expressly allows it.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
• Violate any law, regulation, court order, or the rights of another person or entity.
• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, unsolicited advertising, spam, or deceptive material.
• Interfere with the security, operation, performance, or availability of the Site or another user’s access.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, materials, or personal information.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or engage in harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, or unlawful conduct.
• Use automated means to copy, harvest, monitor, or extract content or data without our written permission.
11. Community and Communication Services
The Services may include communities, forums, group coaching, comments, chat, live sessions, or other features that allow users to communicate. You are responsible for what you share and must treat other participants respectfully. Do not post confidential medical information, private information about another person, infringing content, unlawful material, promotions not authorized by us, or content that could reasonably harm another participant.
We may moderate, remove, or restrict access to user content or community features, but we are not obligated to monitor every communication. Views expressed by participants, guests, or community hosts do not necessarily represent Medicine Women LLC. Use caution when sharing personal information, and do not rely on community posts as medical or professional advice.
12. User Content Feedback and Testimonials
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Medicine Women LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content.
We will not identify you in marketing as a testimonial or use your image, voice, or identifiable health story for promotional purposes without any consent required by law. Suggestions and general feedback may be used without compensation or attribution unless we agree otherwise in writing. Individual experiences do not guarantee that another participant will achieve the same result.
13. Third Party Services and Links
The Site and Services may use or link to third-party providers, including hosting, learning, community, email, analytics, scheduling, payment, or video-conferencing services. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Medicine Women LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, services, content, availability, or security. A link or integration does not imply endorsement.
14. International Use
Medicine Women LLC operates the Services from the United States. If you access the Services from another country or jurisdiction, you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MEDICINE WOMEN LLC AND ITS LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE CURRENT OR COMPLETE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDICINE WOMEN LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, SERVICES, CONTENT, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Medicine Women LLC for claims arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Medicine Women LLC for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to liability, or 100 U.S. dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Medicine Women LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your User Content, or your material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights. We may assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate reasonably with that defense.
18. Dispute Resolution Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT AND HAVE A JURY DECIDE A DISPUTE.
Before beginning formal proceedings, you and Medicine Women LLC agree to attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute by sending written notice that describes the dispute and requested relief. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after notice, either party may pursue the remedies permitted below.
Except for an eligible claim in small claims court or a request for temporary or injunctive relief concerning intellectual-property rights or unauthorized access to the Services, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, unless the parties agree to another administrator. The arbitration may occur remotely, by telephone, or at another location agreed by the parties, subject to applicable consumer-arbitration requirements.
YOU AND MEDICINE WOMEN LLC AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS OR ARBITRATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF ONLY TO THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF.
If this arbitration or class-action-waiver provision is found unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will be decided by a court with jurisdiction, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
19. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provision. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived. For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, you and Medicine Women LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay an amount when due, misuse the Services, or create a legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any payment, cancellation, or refund terms that apply to your purchase. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.
21. No Agency and No Waiver
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Medicine Women LLC. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.
22. Severability and Assignment
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Medicine Women LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the terms displayed on the applicable offer or checkout page, and any other policy or agreement expressly incorporated by reference form the entire agreement between you and Medicine Women LLC concerning the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications concerning the same subject. If offer-specific written terms presented before purchase conflict with these Terms, the offer-specific terms control for that purchase.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
