As of the effective date of this policy, no custom advertising pixel, order-tracking code, or signup-tracking code is configured in the site’s Thinkific settings. If our practices change in a way that creates a legal right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will update this policy and provide the required choice mechanism.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Thinkific and connected service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for account access, checkout, security, preferences, service operation, and measurement. You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website functions. Where required by law, we will request consent before using nonessential cookies and recognize legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, when technically supported.
6. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may still send nonpromotional communications about your account, purchases, appointments, safety, or policy changes. If we offer text messages, the enrollment disclosure will explain how to opt out and whether message and data rates may apply.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting tax and legal requirements, and protecting against fraud. Retention periods vary according to the information, the service, legal requirements, and operational needs. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless continued retention is permitted or required by law.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong passwords, protect your account credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive information; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Request. Describe the request and the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding.
